SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

 

At MY PURE we want to make your shopping experience easy and pleasant and process your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Current processing time for orders dispatch - 2-3 business days. 

​

Free shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders over $120

​

Standard flat rate shipping within Australia: $10 for orders under $120

​

Express shipping within Australia: $15

​

Once your order has been processed, delivery timeframe for Standard Shipping is 5-10 working days (depending on your location) and for Express Shipping is 2-4 working days (depending on your location). For locations outside of metropolitan areas, please allow an additional two business days for delivery. These times are for shipping only and do not include order processing and dispatch time. Please note delivery dates supplied are an estimate only and there may be a delay of 1-2 business days during busy periods.

International Orders:

We ship WORLDWIDE. We are not responsible for any duty/tax incurred when your order arrives in your country. Please familiarise yourself your country's import regulations before placing an order.

​

International shipping is charged according to weight brackets. The shipping is calculated at checkout according to the weight of your order. If you're having trouble checking out, please reach out to us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product/s on your order please find the information below.

30 day return 

​

We can accept returns within a 30-day time-frame from the original purchase. For change of mind, you will be offered a store credit to the purchase value of the product. You must return products at your own cost, unused and in original condition. Please send us an email to info@my-pure.com.au for the next steps.

We take all measures to ensure product images are colour matched. Please use images as a reference, however we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers. Exchanges for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

Faulty or incorrect goods 

​

In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered faulty or damaged, or if you have been delivered the incorrect product, please notify us at info@my-pure.com.au within 5 days of receipt of goods and return goods within 14 days. 

​

We will offer you a replacement (if that stock is available) or a refund if the stock is not available. Upon receipt of the item back at our warehouse, and once our team inspects the product and confirms it is faulty, a replacement / refund will be issued.  Proof of purchase is required for refund or replacement.

Sale items

​

Sale items and clearance items are unfortunately not eligible for return or exchange. 

​

Return shipping cost 

​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
